What I collect
When you fill in a form on this site, I collect the details you type: your name, business name, phone number, email address and message. If you ring or text me, I have your number.
Why
To reply to you, prepare a free mock-up if you ask for one, and run the job if you become a customer. I do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.
Who sees it
Only me, and the service providers I use to run this site and my email and phone. Customers’ own business data is handled under a separate agreement.
Forms on this site are delivered to me by Netlify, which hosts the site. A copy of each enquiry is also saved in MC Plus, my own job management app, so I can keep track of it and reply. If you arrived from a Google ad, the site remembers the ad reference (and which page you landed on) in your browser for that visit only, and sends it with your enquiry so I can see which ad worked. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Keeping it safe, and how long
Details are kept in password-protected accounts. If you do not become a customer, I will delete your details within about 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Call or text Ryan on 027 314 7184.
