Tradify charges the same per person at any team size; its Pro plan is $52 a person. ServiceM8 charges by jobs a month with unlimited people, and its Free and Starter plans have no forms or certificates. Fergus's page shows Professional from $75 and timesheet users from $26 each, but not how full users are charged, so it is not totalled. MC Plus: Starter $39 (up to 3 people, 60 quotes and 60 invoices), Team $79 (12 people, 150 each), Pro $139 (25 people, 500 each), Custom above that; pay yearly and get one month free. Optional setup done with you: $950 once.

Moving across
Switching takes an afternoon
1. Export from your app
Customers, price list, jobs and invoices, as spreadsheets. The steps for Tradify, ServiceM8 and Fergus are on their own pages.
2. Drop them into MC Plus
All the files at once. MC Plus works out which file is which and how your old app named each column.
3. Check, then bring it in
See exactly what will come across first. Then one press brings in customers, price list, booked jobs, unpaid invoices and past work.
Undo any time
Undo this move takes it all back out, and anything you have worked on since stays. Leaving later is one download of everything.
Before you switch
What MC Plus doesn't do yet
- Xero only. If your books are in MYOB or QuickBooks, MC Plus can't connect to them yet. Tradify, ServiceM8 and Fergus all can.
- Phone apps are on the way. MC Plus works in any phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. The App Store and Google Play versions are coming.
- No live GPS tracking. MC Plus records where a phone is at clock in and clock out, and does not track people in between.
- Texts are pay as you go, not included in the plan.
- It's in early access. The core is built and in use, and it is growing. You get a direct line to the person who built it.
